Sure, blueberries, broccoli, green tea, and nuts are healthy, but to feel a real difference from them, you’d have to consume huge, daily quantities that aren’t even physically possible.
One positive thing that I was able to confirm, though, was that antioxidants absolutely do work. With the right amount, they’ll help your body reduce inflammation by neutralizing oxidative stress, the cellular damage that’s caused by free radicals attacking your cells.
